Jacklyn obtained her bachelors degree from Hamline University where she focused on psychology and legal studies. She then went on to obtain her law degree from Hamline University School of Law. After graduating, she joined the firm and works in the area of Social Security Disability Law. Her favorite part of the job is working with a great staff and making a difference for our clients.

When not in the office, Jacklyn enjoys reading, family time and sports.

Jonathan earned a double B.A. in History and Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an M.S. in Russian History at Florida State University, and his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While at Ohio State University, Jonathan received the CALI award for earning the highest grade for his Comparative Law Seminar. He works out of the Cleveland, Ohio office and focuses on Social Security Disability law.

Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hiking, reading and watching movies.

Adam is an associate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski, and Mrozik practicing exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. Adam received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Outside of the office, Adam enjoys to read, play trivia, and watch movies.

Lyndsey obtained her J.D. from the University of Toledo School of Law and her undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan. Her practice area is Social Security Disability Law. Lyndsey works out of the Toledo, OH office handling cases in Ohio and Michigan.

p>Charles (a.k.a. Al) studied environmental sciences in college and worked in land conservation in Wisconsin before switching gears to pursue a career in law. As a second-year law student he began clerking for Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik and joined the firm as an attorney in April of 2014.

Charles’ hobbies include fishing, hunting and keeping up on local sports in the St. Paul area.

Madelyn joined the firm in 2012. Previously, she clerked for a small corporate & civil litigation firm on Cleveland’s west side, and while in law school she was a certified legal intern for the Hancock County Public Defender’s Office in Findlay, Ohio. She now focuses her practice solely on Social Security disability law, and she works out of the Cleveland office.

When not in the office, Madelyn enjoys crocheting, reading long books, and going to local music shows.

Josh became interested in Social Security Law through his own person experience and joined Hoglund Law after law school.

When Joshua is not in the office, he enjoys spending time hunting and fishing, or going out on the boat with friends.

Scott earned his J.D., cum laude, from Capital University Law School. While at Capital, Scott received the CALI award for earning the highest grade in his Constitutional Litigation class. Prior to law school, Scott earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University. He works out of the Columbus, Ohio office, and focuses his practice on Social Security Disability law.

Tracy is an associate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik. She practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law. With the help of paralegals and other support staff, she represents clients at any point in the Social Security disability process, from initial applications to hearings in front of Administrative Law Judges. Tracy has represented clients at hearings in more than 25 states across the country.

Tracy completed her undergraduate and law school studies both at Hamline University. Prior to becoming an attorney at the firm, she was a paralegal at Hoglund, Chwialkowski and Mrozik for more than ten years. Altogether, she has more than 18 years of experience at the firm.

Tracy feels that the best part of her job is the satisfaction she receives when helping clients secure their disability benefits and truly making a difference in their lives. She also enjoys helping teach others how to successfully represent their clients. She has been a speaker at the National Organization for Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR) conventions in Denver, CO and Miami, FL., as well as a presenter of Social Security Disability Cases from Start to Finish, a broadcasted event for the National Business Institute.

Deborah is an associate attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski, and Mrozik practicing exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. Deborah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and her law degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.

Outside of the office, Deborah enjoys to travel, watch movies, and walk her dog, Marty.

Beau became an associate attorney with the firm in 2009. His practice focus is in Social Security Disability Law where he advises and represents clients throughout the many stages of the Social Security process. Beau is licensed in the state of Ohio as well as Federal District Court, Southern District of Ohio. He mainly works out of the firm’s Columbus office, but practices throughout the state. After work, Beau can usually be found on the golf course or playing with his great danes.

Matt is a Social Security Disability Attorney in our Milwaukee branch. He received his BA from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI with a double major in Political Science and History earning Magna Cum Laude honors. Matt played both collegiate Soccer and Tennis earning All-Conference 6 times (4 in Tennis, 2 in Soccer) as well as being a 4 time Academic All-American. After Aquinas Matt went to Marquette University for law school. While at Marquette, Matt earned the CALI Award of Excellent for best grade in class in both Professional Sports Law and Using Statutes Skillfully. Matt was also a member for the Marquette Sports Law Review, participated on the Moot Court team for the National Baseball Arbitration Competition, and had an article published: MLS’s Franchise Relocation Dilemma16 Sports Law Journal 159 (2009).

Robert has been with the firm since November 2008 and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. He handles consultations and hearings for clients in Minnesota.

In Robert’s spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, weekend trips to the lake, and sports of all types.

Andrew Kinney, Esq., graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and Marquette Law School in 1992. He was on Law Review from 1990-92. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, and New York. He began practicing Social Security Disability Benefits Law in 1992. He is a former trustee and currently a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and has spoken on Social Security Disability Law at local and national legal conferences. His recent subjects have included “Essentials of Social Security Practice” and “Rethinking Cross-examination of Expert Witnesses.” He currently is Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Social Security Disability Law section.
